Gate Update #2

The gate is fixed and operable!

Gate Update!

The North/Back gate has been repaired.  Thank you to Preferred Communities for getting it repaired so quickly!  The gate is still powered down and in the LOCKED position, we hope to have the gate powered up later today after the gate company comes out to run some tests and diagnostics.  We will keep you posted.

Both the East/Front gate and the North/Back gate will be painted within the next month.  In order to save money the painting will be done by some of the HOA Board members.  We hope you understand.  We appreciate all of your patience with these matters.  Thank you for making La Fortina a great place to live.

Gate Vandalism

The North/Back gate on Pueblo was vandalized.  Due to the vandalism, the gate has been completely powered down and left in the LOCKED position.  No one will be able to enter or exit through the gate until it is fixed.

We do not have an estimated time as to when the gate will be fixed; however, we will keep you posted.  If you have any questions or any information regarding the vandalism please contact Preferred Communities at 480-649-2017.

Saturday Clean Up

The La Fortina Clean-Up Crew Needs YOU!

The upcoming Clean-Up Crew project is scheduled for Saturday, September 13th at 6:30 AM.

Volunteers will meet at the park ramada and will go to two homes in the community that need our help.

Please bring some basic lawn maintenance items with you to this project.

If you are unable to meet us at 6:30 AM, please feel free to join us later at the following homes:

9940 East Empress Avenue
